Pyrrhus Group is NOT a consumer reporting agency as defined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), 15 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq. The information provided by Pyrrhus Group may not be used as a factor in establishing an individual's eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing, or any other purpose regulated by the FCRA. Any use of our data for FCRA-regulated purposes is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You assume full and sole responsibility for how you use any data or research deliverables provided by Pyrrhus Group. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pyrrhus Group, its officers, employees, consultants, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

Data accuracy depends on third-party sources and public records which may be incomplete or outdated. Pyrrhus Group does not guarantee any specific results from use of its research deliverables.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PYRRHUS GROUP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Due to the nature of our digital research deliverables, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a research report or data deliverable has been delivered. If you have concerns about your order, contact us at Niko@homepci.com within 24 hours of delivery and we will work to address any legitimate quality concerns.
All research reports, analyses, and deliverables produced by Pyrrhus Group are licensed to you for your internal business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share any Pyrrhus Group deliverables with third parties without prior written consent from Pyrrhus Group.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Orange County, California under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Terms Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Pyrrhus Group reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
